How RozEats works

Choose your location
Pin your address on the map or search for it. We use it to show only the kitchens that deliver there.
Explore kitchens
See the kitchens near you, their ratings and the meals they serve: breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Build your meal
Open a kitchen, pick your dishes section by section, and see the points price before you confirm.
Enjoy your food
Choose the day and delivery slot. The kitchen cooks, a delivery partner brings it, and you share your code at the door.
A few things worth knowing
Order before the cut-off
Every kitchen sets the time ordering closes for each meal. Breakfast has to be ordered at least a day ahead.
Change your mind
Until the cut-off you can edit or cancel an order and the points come back to your wallet.
If a dish runs out
If a kitchen cannot make a dish you ordered, we ask you to swap it or leave it out before the cut-off.
One kitchen per meal
A single meal comes from a single kitchen, so everything arrives together and hot.
Behind the scenes
The kitchen
After the cut-off, each kitchen gets a list of what to cook and pack. Food is handed to the delivery partner using a code the partner shows, so every tiffin is accounted for.
The delivery partner
The partner collects from one or more kitchens, follows a route, and closes each delivery with the customer’s code.
You
Track your order in the app and rate the kitchen afterwards.
